LEAP Clinic offers workshops for parents and education professionals on a variety of topics related to developing competency and resiliency in children and youth. We provide education on key child and teen concerns (e.g., anxiety, social-emotional skills, resilience) and teach parents and teachers how to use effective evidence-based approaches (primarily Cognitive Behaviour Therapy-CBT), to help children at home and in the classroom. Workshop participants take away the tools and knowledge needed to help children manage their anxiety, gain confidence and self-esteem, and learn how to thrive.
